I've been in this business since 1992. I took it over from my father in 2010 and partnered with Proforma for the technology and the buying power, so a small, personal operation could deliver like a massive one.
I've also coached high school basketball since 1999. Turns out running a team and running your branded merch are the same job: do the unglamorous work behind the scenes so you get all the credit up front.
